Returns & Refunds

General policy

We have a 30-day return policy from delivery for eligible items. Because wallpaper is often cut to order and color can vary by screen, returns are limited. Contact us before ordering if you need a memo sample or CFA.

To start a return, email hugh@wallpaperabilene.com with your order number and reason.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with tags where applicable, and in original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase.

Custom-cut, installed, or special-order goods generally cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law.

Restocking fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, based on each manufacturer's refund and return policies. All returns are subject to manufacturer policies.

Transaction fees from the original sale may be non-refundable at our discretion.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will evaluate the issue and make it right when the error is ours or occurred in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though banks may take additional time to post the credit.
