Agreement

By using wallpaperabilene.com, shop.wallpaperabilene.com, or placing an order with Wallpaper Abilene LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Orders and availability

Product listings, images, and specifications are provided for convenience. Wallpaper is often cut to order; availability must be confirmed before final payment.

We may cancel or decline an order if items are unavailable, pricing was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If your card was saved but not charged, you will not be billed for a cancelled order.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.

On the online shop, you may save a payment method securely through Stripe; we charge only after stock is confirmed, as described at checkout.

Shipping

We ship wallpaper and related goods within the United States unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallpaper Abilene LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our websites or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
