Ordering
- Can I order a sample before full rolls?
- Yes. Every product page has an Add Sample button. Memo samples are $3 each so you can confirm color and texture under your own lighting before you order full rolls. Card secured by Stripe at checkout, and the sample is charged only after we confirm it is available.
- How much wallpaper should I order?
- Measure each wall's width and height, then account for pattern repeat. The wallpaper calculator starts each strip at the wall height plus 4 inches of trim. When the pattern has a vertical repeat, that strip is lengthened to the next full repeat. Roll length divided by that strip length is how many strips one roll gives you, and a leftover shorter than a full strip is not counted. Yards round up to the order minimum and the step this wallpaper is sold in. Borders and trims are not part of that calculator. Panels and murals are ordered as sets, not yards — confirm the unit of measure on this page.
- How does delivery work?
- Standard shipping is included. Schumacher wallcoverings are delivered nationwide within the United States. In-stock patterns typically ship within a few business days after payment is confirmed. Specialty or mill-held SKUs may take longer, and that is noted on the order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Who fulfills the order?
- Orders are fulfilled by the mill and delivered nationwide. You place the order here. We confirm it with Schumacher, the mill produces the goods, and they are delivered to the address on the order. Card secured by Stripe at checkout, and you are not charged until mill stock is confirmed.
