Its whimsical, lyre-playing cherubs are inspired by St. Claire Le Chateau, a vintage Schumacher fabric named for author Edith Wharton’s idyllic summer retreat, while stylized renderings of shells and jewels update the classic structure with surrealist charm and detail. Blending historical flourishes with modern, offbeat glamour, this richly referential and sophisticated wallcovering coordinates beautifully with Backdrop’s premium climate-neutral paints.
